Ok few questions for you Navy

Do you drive your Mazdas daily? How long did it take you to restore your Mazda 800 truck? How do people react when they see it?
Did you watch those documentary's and what did you of them? Do you have any photos of your 800 and nUn_Su 800 together I would love to see them. My favorite colour is black but liking nUn_Su blue alot is it Mazda phoenix blue like found on Mazda RX3?

I don't drive my Mazdas daily because my workplace is in the heart of Bangkok and i used to have the bad experience about my car was broken in the middle of the lane and that created a heavy traffic. i drive my car on occasion such as my dayoff, on the trip, etc. Therefore, That was my 800 and now is park in my hometown in the northern of Thailand. The reason it was there because i made my dream journey became true. I drove her nearly 800 km non stop and her steering was loose, water cooler was leaked, the lubricant was leaked into the firing area (pistons) I'm planning to put her on the road again by restore the new overhaul engine. I will stick to the old stock as TB engine (1200cc)

My 800 took me nearly 2 years for restoring her. Actually at that time i have a lot of friends needed my assistant to help them to go through the difficulty time. Therefore, my 800 was some kind of the role model for them to follow by watch and learn. I didn't realize that i have inspired a lot of people, I wrote a blog about the making of my 800 and there was a great time there with supporters, fans and followers. She is legendary Mazda 800 that brought out her friends to get back on the road again.

By the time when i have her on the road. It was the treasure moment how people react to her. She is easy to fall in love and there was once that the Godzilla Nissan Skyline S34 looks so mean and powerful was chasing after her. The driver drove to my side and roar the engine and he gave me a thump's up! and i bow my head for that compliment.. ^^

I didn't finish watching the documentary yet but i will tell your about my opinion.

    Here are some of her..

Her 1st picture on the website found after i have her for a year

2nd owner put her on sale and this is the first pic i have seen her. I wasn't lucky because she was sold to the owner in Bangkok.

The 3rd owner put her on sale again and she was sale as a spare car parts. Waiting for the true owner...

The 1st time me and her together. I bought her as my birthday gift.

She was on the process of restoring for 2 years (skip) but this is what i gave her....a pure love and pride

This is Nun_Su pretty wife on the ride with her.( I sent her to Nun for tuning) one of my favorite picture of all time.

This is Nun as the driver and I'm a photographer.

    1st meeting with Mazda Crew

my ride is on the left and the far right is now yellow gold color.

They have honored her as Mazda Commander leads the Mazda Crew on 1000km. journey. That journey was the great moment that make our club sealed with love and care of the other. We are like band of brothers.

Hey, I will subscribe to your blog :)
I would love to read more if you get time to put it up.
Seriously your English is good, you dont give your self enough credit. I can communicate with you just as well as I can with a Aussie.
Knowing English in a non English speaking country you are doing well in my books.
I am Originally from Bosnia I studied English at school but never payed any attention 5555 I came to Australia in 1996 and started from scratch took about one year and a bit before I was comfortable having a proper conversation. Its much easier and quicker to learn if you are in a country that speaks the language. So you my friend are doing a great job Maybe after few beers its harder to understand but that happens to every one.. haha

My english is only Highschool level that's all because in college I didn't have much class but I've got a chance to practice in the hotel business as a receptionist. I don't want anyone of our brothers here to be afraid of communicating to you because I want to show them with the respect that, this is a good chance that Mazda bring us to the new level of worldwide friends. ^^

This was my last vacation back to my home town with Mr. Chevit(Nickname: Oak, White Mazda 800) infront of me.

    Haha thats pretty .
You are right, anyone here that wants to have a chat and practice there English feel free, doesnt matter if you make mistakes its all part of learning.
Everyone that learns new language makes mistakes and laughs at it later.
Friend of my parents was cleaning houses when he first came over here, the lady goes to him "thats ok I will take the rubbish out" he goes to her "ok you rubbish" she just looked at him bit but knew what he really meant. Now he always laughs about it.

Nice pictures, the country side looks beautiful.

Yeh moved here permanently in 1996 and in 1998 got citizenship.
I use to do ceramic tiling for eight years than got sick of it and since than just had random jobs. At the moment I work for a supermarket giant in the warehouse picking stock, crappy job but pays alright. Not sure what I want to do yet something with cars would be awesome :)

Mazda RX7 series 2 was my first car and just fell in love with Mazda and Rotaries. I like other cars as well but Mazdas just keep geting in the way :) I like Honda S800,Datsun 510, older Skylines etc.
Nice daily, love the colour I bet the Mazda sticker confuses people haha.

Here is my work horse Holden Rodeo/ Isuzu. Photo taken when I use to do courier work.
This is where Nun comes and says he can put five crates on his 800 haha :P

    Dear Sinisa,

Thank you for sharing to everyone here in this Mazda Family ^^ my previous job was a Chief Concierge at The Sukhothai hotel. I worked there for nearly 10 years.

Then i quitted because i got sick of people and did nothing but car. ^^

    My dream car...

    มาตรฐาน สวัสดี :)

I have seen lots of photos of you, your cars and your adventures, they have put a smile on my face. Thanx again for sharing. :)
I will go through my photos and share them and write a bit of a story as I go along, they are not in any order just random.

Always good to put name to the face. Anyway here is my ugly mug :P I swear the handbag is not mine.. haha

My old RX2 Coupe, first day arrived from Perth.

    Mazda Cruise

1000 Truck that I striped to put 12A turbo but dint finish it. It Had 1.4 UC engine when I got it.

Another 1000 truck, this one was restored it had 1.3 TC engine

Than one morning heading to work on the freeway a truck cuts the car in front of me, the car slams on the brakes so did I but not enough stopping power I slamed at the back of the car around 80 KPH bounce of it and turned sideways than I got T boned by a Camry at similar speed. Well I walked away from it with just two cracked ribs, these trucks are tough!

S5 13B turbo, arrived from Japan I was the first owner in Australia, That was very exciting day :)

I had it for about a month than the motor blew up :( Got the motor rebuilt, new coil overs and wheels.
One night I was racing a 200sx S15 and once I backed of the accelerator pedal the flames would shoot out of the exhaust, there was unmarked cop behind us, he pulled us over and comes to me and yells ACTIVATE THE FLAMES NOW! I just thought he was being smart because he caught me and I said nothing, he yells again and I say to him there is no switch, he goes to me bullshit, follow me. Ended getting few fines and he was looking inside the car for a switch hahaha. Every rotary I had use to spit out flames out of the exhaust just unburnt fuel.

    Stock S2 RX7

S3 RX7 original only modification was the exhaust. Some photos are mine some of the previous owner.
I bought this car in Sydney flew down there checked the car and drove it 1000km back to Brisbane.
Two months later I went on holiday to Sydney drove it there and back 2000 km round trip it didnt miss a beat :)

Thats it for now, I will start another post for more :)

Navy, great photos as always thanx.
Firebird looks very tough, hope your dream comes true one day. The 800 is beautiful, looks tiny compared to todays modern cars. Even compared to todays new small cars like mini.
